“This house was a short 5-7 minute drive to LSU where we had to move our son in for college this weekend. We appreciated having a washer & dryer to launder some items we got for him in Baton Rouge since we flew in from out of state. The decor is inviting and pretty. The owners welcomed us with a friendly message and checked in to make sure everything was to our liking when we arrived. Very nice touch!”

“Michael's cottage is well appointed, quiet, and comfortable. It can sleep four people comfortably, has a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and tile flooring throughout. Michael allows dogs, and the fully fenced backyard is huge! The attached covered patio is great when it's cool out. My partner and I, as well as our two dogs, enjoyed staying here and treated it like our home for a week while waiting to close on our new home. “From the moment we walked in, we were in awe. This house is so welcoming and inviting. Beautiful art and aesthetics drew us in while offering such a cozy place to call “home” for the weekend. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood , to Magazine street, and even got a longer walk to Audubon Park. We highly recommend this home! The hosts were wonderful communicators, and I truly felt they wanted me to feel at home. What a wonderful trip and stay; we will be back!”

Everything about our stay in this property was great, from the communication with the owners to the amenities in the unit--e.g., really appreciated plenty of closet space, place for luggage, ironing board and full kitchen (with coffee, tea, several staples & ice in fridge!) though we ate out most meals. “We had a great stay! The property is on a quiet street and has just about everything you need during your stay. The only thing that didn’t fit with the overall great experience was that a few of the bath towels had holes. I let the contact know and hope those towels are replaced for the next occupants. We would definitely stay again. ”
