“We're just a bunch of picky old ladies...well 3 of us were anyway. Just a few minor things like the sheets on the beds need to be replaced. They seemed pretty well used. Not thrilled about the step from the living room to the dining area. Yard looked pretty neglected but thankfully didn't have any children to play outside. Master bedroom floor has a definite sagging problem. Would liked to have had TV's in the bedrooms. Otherwise, the house was very clean and kitchen equipped with...
