“Comfortable and functional apartment in back of host home. Bathroom on 2nd floor. A little inconvenient and a challenge for seniors. Should be fully disclosed. Host should be more attentive to some basic needs. Only a half roll of toilet tissue and paper towels upon our arrival. No salt pepper or sugar. Dishwasher was very dirty. We hand washed everything. Closest gas or convenience store 25 minutes to Oneonta or Cooperstown.”

“This was our second time staying at the property, and loved it again. The hosts are easy to communicate with and very helpful! This was a great place for our large group to gather, with the spacious kitchen and main seating area. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, and the kids loved sharing the bunks! The grill and fire pit were well stocked, and the yard is great for games and running around. The best part may have been coffee in the morning on the deck watching some deer pass by. I...

“We were attending Bethel Woods (outlaw tour), and stayed 2 nights. Very cute place. Well provisioned too, which surprised us, happily. Well stocked with books, music, puzzles. Communication and instructions were clear, and Karen was very responsive. Great place!”

“Everything was great for our stay. The listing was very accurate in terms of all of the amenities and exactly what everything looks like. The one thing that I would say is that the bottom room ceiling is very low so it really is only for children. There is not much around the property but if you go 5-7 minutes up the road there is a nice breakfast spot.”
