“Uns wurde ein Zimmer gezeigt, welches wir nicht gebucht hatten. Es war eine Notabsteige in einem Nachbarhaus. Unerträglicher Gestank. Schmutz und überstrichenen Schimmel, Lichtschalter ohne Blende und somit freie Stromkabel. Wir haben das Zimmer nicht bezogen und sind in ein Nachbarhotel eingezogen. Personal war frech und hat uns beschimpft.”

“Lovely property with great sized pool - perfect for the family and nice and quiet. 10 min walk to supermarket and a 20 min walk to riva centre. Very helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help us.”

“Great hotel to stop through with kids, plenty of activities (mini-golf, pool, trampoline, sports area), kids room, snacks through the day and many other activities round the area. Rooms were clean and the views amazing. We didn't plan a long enough stay in the area but the lake and surrounding towns looked lovely.”

Porzioni abbondanti. Personale educato e organizzato. La camera, buona la posizione e la grandezza, se potessero ammodernare l’arredamento sarebbe il top. ”

“We loved the hotel and all of its services and the wonderful staff and delicious breakfast and super chef! Wow! I cannot say enough! We used the laundry service, washed our bikes in the bike wash, thoroughly enjoyed a home cooked breakfast attended to by their wonderful chef and Alexandria at the front desk was fabulous helping me arrange our return trip to Venice. Thank you to all! ”
