“The house is big spacious and perfect location close to store Walmart and beach. The only upgrade needed is the washer is not working properly. Also the beds. Need to upgrade to better beds. And the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Pans are very old. Other than that we had a lot of fun it was great for a big family of 9 This is our 3rd year staying at this location. Thank you ”

“The house was clean and had a lot of room for our large family. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the reasonable walk to the beach. If you don’t like walking up or down a lot of steps, you may not like this property as there were a lot. It’s on the second floor and the beach has a significant amount of stairs to access it as well. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was that the kitchen was not as well supplied with necessities like other houses I have stayed in previously,...

“Would recommend but could improve on the following: - Wifi (It was extremely slow) - Property manager communication (There was a situation with various non-secure door handles. The handle that was completely off was on the door leading out to the pool and resulted in a guest cutting their hand.)”

“To have such a great house that needs attention. For the bad stuff that is so easily fixable if paying attention... Living area carpets, pillows and couches were filthy. We pulled blankets off the beds to cover the couches. Lighting, so may bulbs not working or so dim they were unusable. Pool house had a portable AC setting in the room vented out the window with duct tape. Master shower water pressure was so bad and all it took to fix was cleaning the screen filter. Beware of the 4 foot high...

“Great location, Great room, and Great views. We did have some roaches all in the downstairs kitchen. The cleaning crew could do a better job of cleaning the floors and the bathrooms. Also, feel you should offer some kind of cleaning wipes or spays for counters. We had to go by our own and clean everything before using it.”
