“We found this property to be very comfortable for the two of us for a 5 night stay. Condo was clean and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has all the basics. If you want condiments or shampoo you are best to bring your own. (The hosts provided 1 oz of shampoo for two adults for 5 days) The neighborhood is peaceful, feels very safe and traffic was minimal during our stay. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Casa Grande. ”

The layout consisted of a bed directly in front of a small kitchen area, which was not as described.Additionally, upon removing the sheets, I discovered stains on the mattress, including what appeared to be blood marks. These conditions are unacceptable and do not align...

“The property was very disappointing. It had the old brown shag, dirty carpeting. The doors on the cupboards were not hanging properly damage to the ceilings. Only two bath towels for a three week stay for two people one hand towel and one washcloth. The shower had no water pressure, no handicap bars to assist an 80-year-old getting in and out of the tub we were afraid to use the kitchen facilities as the place was not very clean. We were there while our own home was having some renovated work...

“We stayed for a couple of days primarily for a place to rest and shower. However, we encountered several issues: the front door had trouble closing properly due to misaligned deadbolt. Additionally, some furniture was broken, and there were noticeable stains on the carpet. We also dealt with a rude neighbor who complained about the noise we made while trying to close the front door. On a positive note, the showers were hot and the beds were comfortable.”
