Only 1 negative was the 1 of the breakfast staff, who was quire frankly terrible and her atitude almost spoilt the weekend. “We had a wonderful stay for 1 night as a stop off to the Scottish Highlands. Allison was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. A very cosy room in a quiet part of Berwick, not far from the centre. Great views of the beach as well. Highly recommended!”

“Our first experience wasn't great because we discovered the Queens Head wasn't tended full time and we had to call an emergency number. However,we discovered that the sister hotel, the Castle had a room and in the circumstances they paid for a taxi to collect our luggage so all was well in the end.
