“Very disappointing stay. The hotel rooms are very outdated and tired. Bathroom disgusting. On positive note, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast very basic. Overall i would not recommend this hotel at all. There are better hotels for this price. Standards are about 2 stars at its best.”

“Although very slightly a little old fashioned it was excellent. The main asset of this hotel is the staff as every single person we met with was very friendly, courteous and efficient. Probably suits the more mature clientele, which is us, and the entertainment in the evening most likely would get through the auditions on Britain’s Got Talent but this is more than made up for by the staff and delicious food especially breakfasts. ”

“A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future.”

“Tracy is an excellent host, informative, helpful and welcoming. The inter connecting rooms were spacious, clean , comfortable and decorated beautifully. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and our allergies were catered for. Location was perfect for visiting Tenby and Saundersfoot and we'll definitely return! ”
