“It was a surprise trip for hubby. As we pulled up to the gates, he let out a huge WOW, I did too. The lady that greeted us and showed us around was lovely. Our room, the Nest, was beautiful as was the rest of the castle. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast and met other members of staff, they were lovely. It was like being in a fairy tale. “Having the waterfall just outside the hotel was beautiful! You cant see it, but you can hear it and its amazing. The only thing that let down this hotel was the hot water. They had been having problems with the water for a few days, and we werent told on arrival. So after being on the road all day we didnt get to have a hot shower. This was an ongoing problem the time we were there.”

“The property is stunning, set in beautiful grounds, and the staff are lovely. They’re welcoming, accommodating, and were wonderful with my daughter, who is neurodivergent. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.”
