“Communication with Erwin was good and the house is lovely and right on the beach! It's not far from things to do, restaurants, shops, etc. My only complaints are that it was billed as 3Br but the third bedroom is outside through a hall with another key. I wanted bedrooms for my kids so they'd sleep better but there is no way I was putting a little kid out there.
