“Very easy to check in, the room was very clean & tidy. The evening meal was well presented & tasted very nice. The full English breakfast I had was again nice & very filling. There was a good choice of Continental breakfast if you didn’t want the full English. The staff very polite. The whole hotel was very clean & well looked after. I would stay here again.”

“Parking was easy, lots of spaces and all free. Bar had a good feel to it, some cosy corners if preferred. Food was very good and breakfast was good, great choice”

“The best part of this hotel is its staff. They were all very helpful and just delightful. It's not a modern hotel but is very charming. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and shopping a 15 minute walk away. We loved this place and would stay here again. ”

“We went with our children, who are 5 and 2. The family room we stayed at was big and spacious, so was the bathroom. All beds were comfortable, and they even had a cot ready for our 2yo. The children had a blast playing at the large play area while seeing the goats and alpacas. Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. The only downside was that, even though they have wifi, we had no signal in our room, so we could only go online (wifi or otherwise) at the restaurant and common areas.”
