“This is my fifth trip to Freetown, but my first staying here. It is far and away the best hotel I've stayed in. Yes, it's a little more expensive, but it was worth the extra cost. The staff were attentive and courteous. The menu was extensive and the food was fabulous. The room was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. ”

“The place was amazing. Beautuful view of the waters. Absolutly amazing menu, seafood to chicken, featuring a lot of Lebanese couisine and creative food as well. The front desk staff were tremendous. I had been denied boarding on a Sunday flight so I returned to mainland and found Mamba Point. So glad for that. ”

“A place to stay”

“Upon check-in. The receptionist could not location my reservation that was booked through expedia, and this further delayed us getting to our room. I had to dig into my email and find confirmation, and do all kind of screenshots and forward to this email address. It was too much. They took what was sent and allowed me to proceed. The room was great and spacious with incredible views overlooking the town and sea. Balcony area was cool also. No complaints about the room. Nice size TV, comfy bed,...

“Reasonable pricing ”

“Thank you guys for having me and will richly recommend you guys to all my friends and families. You made my stay felt like home where every staff members are keen to help. But please I suggest u look at your breakfast menu. Breakfasts didn’t taste like breakfast for me. Breakfasts was boring. Food don’t look or presentable enough for me to be excited about to eat. Just so you know am talking about the breakfasts in the apartment, room service. ”

“The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun.”
