“Amazing art deco building which looks to have been recently renovated we were fortunate to be in a room located in the original building thats was clean comfortable and great facilties, staff were all very pleasant and accommodating good location for a short trip into St Albans if i had to find a fault it would only have been the location of the staff room next to our room which had the door banging continuously in the early hours, but its an old building so perhaps sound proofing not great in...

“The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

“2 night stay, there was no restaurant facilities available after 17.30 on the first night so had to dine early. Second night dined at the local pub. Only 1 teabag each night! Rooms quiet which would be expected in the middle of a golf course in winter. Nothing to do on the complex probably due to the time of year.”

“항상 호텔에만 묵다가 처음으로 B&B 스타일 숙소에 묵었는데 조식이 포함된 가격인데 너무 저렴해서 반신반의 했습니다. 근처 도시에 친구를 만나러 왔다가 적당한 호텔이 없어서 우연히 예약한 곳인데 상당히 만족스러웠습니다. 체크인을 도와줬던 직원이 매우 친절했으며, 다음날 조식도 맛있었습니다. 숙소로 올라가는 계단이 다소 가팔라서 짐이 많다면 힘들수 있으나 저희는 짐이 별로 없었기 때문에 문제는 없었습니다. ”

“The Brocket Arms overnight stay was really good. The staff and locals were nice & chatty whilst sitting next to a large natural fire place eating lovely food and taking a well earned drink. Would of preferred a full breakfast instead of a continental one but all told, I found it a lovely and relaxing stay.”
