“Conveniently located near Clayton and Alexandria Bay. Parking could be better marked, especially for late arrivals. The space was clean, though the plastic mattress protectors, while hygienic, were uncomfortable. The towels were excellent. The area was quiet, with a short walk to the waterfront and a handy market across the street. A brewery is also within walking distance. The coffee was good, and the real mugs were a nice touch.”

It was a beautiful neighborhood and what I liked was the location and everything was nearby within walking distance, different restaurants, different ice cream places, as well as breakfast diners and sandwich shops only downside was the leather chair that was in the living room. “We enjoyed staying here. It is off the 'beaten path" enough to not have to deal with crowds. But also close to many attractions. Rick did a great job telling us what to be sure to see in the area. The Pool house is very comfortable, all you may need was there. Our only disappointment was it is not available during the winter! Great job to the Martin's!”
