“Arrived at tea time, check in straight forward member of staff very helpful, went to room very disappointed as it was a cold evening and room was very cold. Went for food was informed no need to book, wrong, eatery was packed only 1 wonky table available but was able to swap to another soon after ordering. Menu not great ok if you love burgers/pizza.. settled down for sleep around 10pm but must have been above or very close yo function room as DJ & music was extremely loud. Managed to fall...

“This was my second time at the hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are excellent. If I was to make one complaint, it would be that doors into the rooms are very heavy and are extremely loud when the close. I was woken twice by neighbouring rooms returning. Breakfast is excellent and good service. ”

“Nice place for a short stay. Staff were great. My Sisters check in took along time, well past 3pm. Still not checked in by tea time. Only down side was no electrical power points nxt to bed. I had to run extension cables which could of caused an accident getting up in the middle of the night.”

“It was snowing when we arrived. The room was very cold because of no heating. I returned to reception, complained and the heating was connected, After a few hours the room heated up. At 2 am I woke up. The room was very cold and without heating. I called reception for more that 30 minutes but no one answered. In the morning I complained. The hotel answered that there was nothing that could be done. No shampoo in the room. I will not return. Not recommendable.”
