“Lovely quiet bed and breakfast. African theme decor. Rooms large and well laid out. Air conditioning in my room was not working on the hottest and most humid night. No alternative was offered. No discount or refund. Unable to use the WiFi the signal was very weak... as I was only there one night i did not bother to follow up any further.”

“The stay was an utter disappointment. Very very noisy guests, loud music, screaming and shouting and loud parties. Impossible to relax and enjoy the mountains. Some guests were even driving up and down with music blasting from their cars. Check in was good and security at the gate very friendly. Depending on your unit you have to carry your luggage from your car a fair distance to the chalet. They should get golf carts to assist with this. The resort should really clamp down on noisy guests day...

“I always go to the Lodge during December. I have been doing so for the past 6 years. The cleanliness and comfort are still pleasing. Im not happy about the quality of the food though, especially the breakfast and the buffet. The food was bland with limited choices. Change the chef and bring more variety to the food, please. The standard has been going down over the years, but the price per night has been steadily going up”

“Esme, Andrew & Conny’s hospitality was amazing! We stayed for 5 nights in 2 different rooms, the standard room then the Luxury cave suite (both were great but the cave suite is out of this world! Jason, the chef is so passionate about food & that really comes through in the meals, the food here is truly lovely. “The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!”
