“Had a great time celebrating a family gathering. Food was great, staff were helpful and friendly and facilities were good. Loved the games room which kept everyone amused. Hotel is starting to date in parts and could potentially have a freshen up. Corridors were chilly and frayed stair carpets. Overall a great stay and would recommend it. ”

“Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Really like the bath and shower set -up (you'll know what I mean when you see it). Breakfast was tasty and staff well organised. Staff, generally, very polite. We had to wait 40 minutes for our room to be ready even though we arrived at 15:00. Rooms are not well sign-posted and require a bit of finding. Leisure centre, particularly the pool, requires some up-grading. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would go back, which says a lot.”
