“Its a lovely spot on the sea front. Good breakfast buffet in the morning. Didn't realise that you had to pay for parking on top of the price. Possibly didn't read everything properly. ”

“Front desk were helpful and friendly. We paid for a superior double. The room was really drab and had strange twin headboards mounted on the wall that didn’t sit over the bed. When we complained we were moved to a better room promptly. The hotel is def outdated and a bit rundown but the staff were pleasant and the room was clean. The plug socket blew out and killed our phone charger. We probably wouldn’t stay again. ”

“Always use the Future Inn Plymouth when visiting family in the South West as hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. I did feel that the hotel was lacking a bit of TLC, certainly in the rooms, this time. My “special request” regarding my room allocation was not met on this occasion. I also had issues with finding a parking space on the first 2 nights of my 3 day stay, which I haven’t experienced before. However, I will continue to use the hotel for future stays as it meets my requirements.”

“Came down to Devon for a business meeting. Hotel was excellent with a spacious room which was nice and clean. Had a carvery at the Passage Inn which was lovely. ”

“Check in was very easy. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was amazing. The person at the front desk walked me to the room to show me which keys opened which doors and made sure we were happy with the room. It was definitely above and beyond. The building was older, but it’s England and it was to be expected. The room was clean and bright and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast the next morning. Would definitely recommend. ”

“We wanted a nice relaxing and chilled weekend. The hotel, room except for the shower and hairdryer, food and the staff were awesome. However we couldn’t use the pool as it was freezing cold. The pool was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. ”
