“Beautiful hotel, some areas are a little tired. Menu isn't the best and the food was average. Service is random, with the exception of the young guy (dark hair in a top knot) on the Bar, he was fabulous. Room was comfortable and very clean. Bar area and Atrium are stunning. ”

“Sadly, a good experience during the stay became uncomfortable when they accused me of damaging the kettle in my room, they accused me of having used it with milk, which is incorrect and I categorically deny it, I used the kettle properly with water for coffee and tea, on the other hand, they found milk in a cup because I ate cereal but with cold milk, at no time did I use the kettle to heat milk. I don't care about the £20 they charged me, but I do care to make it clear that it was a false...

Les dije no tenía uso del teléfono para llamadas y me dijeron que fuera a información y que ellos llamarían. Fuimos a 3 sitios que decían información y ninguno quiso hacerlo. Tuve que pedirle un favor a alguien para que hiciera la llamada... Según la reservación, un transporte estaba incluido. Yo quise pagar el regreso (£19.95=$25.68) y ellos no lo aceptaron así.
