Hoteles con desayuno incluido en Ruanda

"Well located and rooms are exactly what you would expect from a chain hotel. Believe me, this is highly appreciated in this region. Food is OK but really slow (1 hour for a sandwich at the restaurant and 1.5 hours for room service). Laundry us fast and inexpensive. I asked for the food discount offered by Expedia and they said they are not applying it. No more explanations were provided. They were out of Coke Zero the entire time. They packed the wrong lunch for our day trip and delivered it late (we requested a specific time the night before). I do recommend this hotel but staff needs to pay more attention to customer service. "

"Está bien en general, pero hay detalles en las habitaciones que no funcionan: se atora la puerta, o el aire acondicionado no funciona. La alberca estaba cerrada por reparaciones y no se avisó al reservar. Buen ambiente en el roof top restaurant."
