“The house was beautiful and spacious, the views even more gorgeous. Property was large with lots of space for my dog to run to her hearts content. It was nice and quiet, perfect for getting away to relax. Groceries and food were 30 minutes or less away. Would love to stay here again!”

The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. Overall a comfortable stay for my husband. ”

“We had a great time at dreams park and retreated to this hidden gem. It’s a bit out of the way but the perfect spot to get away from all the baseball. The host is excellent at communication and is available at all times to help. We loved the beautiful scenery and quietness of this place. Would recommend to all visiting Cooperstown!”

“The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...
