“This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. ”

“The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. The view of the lake is stunning and my dog and I enjoyed a sunrise walk. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the house was comfy and we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our son. “The property had so many amenities not found at other VRBOs, the view was amazing, it really made our Thanksgiving special. Would highly recommend. ”

“Spent 3 nights as a family get together with kids that are in college in surrounding area. House was clean and pictures were accurate. Plenty of room for the 5 of us, beds were comfortable, and hot tub was nice. Home has everything you would need. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy communication with Amy. Would definitely recommend and return. ”

“The owner was very accommodating, very good communication. Wonderful older farm house that is typical for the area. I would say some of the window blinds need replacing and the traffic during the day is fast but plenty of yard for our doggie to play. Overall graet place for a relaxing stay. We will be back!”

“Beautiful location and very well furnished. We had family members coming in from Maine, NC and Brooklyn for the Thanksgiving holiday. We felt very welcomed as we walked in to beautiful home with an oversized dining table set for 12. The kitchen had an abundance of dishes and cookware. Close to the airport and major shopping centers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone planning a large gathering. ”

“We had a family wedding across the street at the Sterling. It was so nice to get ready and have a short drive across the road to get to the venue and to get home. This home is perfect if you have an event or group golf weekend at the Timber lodge. The house is clean, comfortable and the host is amazing. This stay was everything we wanted. Be together in a comfortable, clean, spacious house for all 8 of us.”

“Property was ok pictures are bit living room much smaller than it appeared in pics . Kitchen not well stocked 6 glasses isn't really enough. Host was responsive check in and out was good. Was a little disappointed we had to wash dishes in cupboard because they weren't clean. Not a big deal dishwasher works well. ”

“We had originally planned to have some family members come over to watch the game but that didn’t work since there’s no TV anywhere. But it ended up being really nice, the kids played games for a few days and we just went somewhere else to watch the game. ”

“We wanted waterfront simply for the view and these views were excellent! Would like to thank the host for providing the snow for a "white Christmas" ;) We cooked our Christmas dinner at the property and found the kitchen and supplies to be great. The fireplace was cozy!The only negative was that there was no snow shovel or broom to clear the doorway and path, which made those areas very slippery; although the driveway got plowed after the previous nights snow.Thank you and definitely recommend...
