“My personal experience was of amazing customer service. I had informed the Inn that I wouldn’t be able to meet normal check in hours, and eventually arrived at 4:30 am. I was accommodated and quickly handed a key to a warm, clean, room with a comfortable bed. Check out was easy too. ”
