Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. “We had an amazing time staying at the Osprey! It was a 30-second walk to the gorgeous Tropic of Cancer beach! The property was perfect for a family of 4 like us and had beach towels/chairs, dishes, and ice in the freezer for us! It was right next to what became our favorite eating/drinking spot on the beach - Brea’s place. Not one time did we ever feel “crowded.” The house was also in such a convenient location. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, appliances, bowls, dishes to accommodate a large group. “I can’t say enough great things about villa 36. So beautiful, well furnished, so much coffee (love it), sunscreens, snorkel masks, tons of towels and everything you could possibly need under the sun (quite literally in Exuma). Best is it’s right at the ocean and it’s quiet and accessible. Hideaways is a the perfect hide away place. Personal, quaint, private yet accessible and has everything needed. I don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay on exuma than villa 36. We will be back...
