“The house and the views were so beautiful but the hospitality could be improved. The house was hard to find on arrival as I was not provided with the exact address. There was also a problem with water leaking from the ceiling that they said they could not address until after we left, which was very inconvenient ”

“The hotel was really good. The hostess was really nice and helped us out at the island. Very clean and nice room with all the facilities needed. Good kitchen. It's a very valuable place to stay compared to many other places around grace bay. The location is a bit "off" though so a car or bike is highly recommended.”

“Nice Apartment with all kind of comodities, such as tissues, and great use of the fan in all rooms, that didn´t make any noise. Also the apartment provides books and board games, but i dont understand that the apartment has a Blu Ray DVD but it didn´t provide with movies to watch, so it doesn´t make sense to me. “This property truly has it all! The property is exactly as advertised and is one of the most accommodating villas I have ever stayed in. It is incredibly clean, functional, well stocked and creates so many opportunities for families to relax and enjoy time together. We tend to stay in different properties when traveling to same location twice, however, with this villa we would rebook and stay here again. Michael the staff were amazing so cheers to them as well!”

“New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door.
