“Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line ”

“Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. Pool/gym facilities were excellent and restaurant/bar was great!! Lovely staff. Our room was so far away from reception area….I went for a jog and started at the room and covered almost 500m before I reached the lobby! A guest laundry would have been most helpful.”

“I had an amazing relaxing night at the Urban rRetreat Hotel Grantham. The receptionist was lovely and even upgraded my room. I slept so well due to the feelings of luxury and safety. The only thing I would like to see is the amenities in the bathroom more eco friendly. Liquid hand soap as opposed to a bar. Some hotels even have the dispensers in the showers. “Fantastic little stay at this place. You can really see that they have put some thought into how they do things to make yiur stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable with fresh and clean bedsheets, the bathroom was clean with clean towels. The continental breakfast thatnis left in the room is a great odea.
