My only problem was that there is no electric charge point so i missed breakfast on my last day because i spent most of my time trying to find electric charging point to charge my car! It would make life much easier for your customers who have electric cars if you had a couple of chargeing points on the property ”

“The car park was full and this means an unwelcome trek to the nearest city car park. The reception was good and room 7 was spacious and well equipped. Towelling swans and hearts on the huge bed were a nice touch on Valentines Day. The heating in the room was off and the one radiator needed turning on which we managed without instructions. The special set dinner was excellent and had plenty of choice served by an expert and friendly team. Overall our stay was good although room 7 is certainly not...

“Lined clean and bed comfortable but room could do with a deep clean, especially the light fitting. Bathroom sink is so small as to be useless except for handwashing and as the porcelain suface is damaged should really be replaced for health reasons. Overall what one expects from a 2 star hotel.”

“We arrived early and asked to leave our luggage whilst we went out for the day. Staff were very helpful, allowing us to check into our room much earlier. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. It’s in a great location. ”

“Lovely stay. Food was lovely and service good. Only disappointment was bill having service charge applied for drinks from bar and a drink not requested by us. Staff were friendly.”
