“I communicated with the home owner about the condition of the property several times before the rental date. I was assured the property was ready to go after hurricane. The was not the case. Several issues were noted upon arrival. Dirty house, windows, pool, appliances...etc. After communicating with the home owner and property manager they kept saying, well we just had a hurricane. Not acceptable since I ask if the house was ready a week or more before arrival. Not happy! Stressful waiting for...

Downstairs toilet leaks, way to much clutter on countertops in kitchen and in cabinets, we couldn’t get the door to lock, bath mat and kitchen sink mat are nasty, upstairs shower liner has pink and black mold, pool trash can full of beer bottles… I think you get the idea.”
