“We enjoyed our stay, and the house was great! The door lock on the first day was our biggest challenge. It didn’t want to unlock, but we figured out what it wanted. It wants to be pulled toward you once the code is entered. After that it was smooth sailing. We had to contact the host but the reply and correction was done quickly. Downstairs toilet leaks, way to much clutter on countertops in kitchen and in cabinets, we couldn’t get the door to lock, bath mat and kitchen sink mat are nasty, upstairs shower liner has pink and black mold, pool trash can full of beer bottles… I think you get the idea.”

Since roads became impassable , we were allowed a free night, which was nice.. except the pipes froze and we had no water.. to wash, cook, flush or clean.
