“Host was very friendly & accomodating, flexible. Long, dusty, bumpy dirt road to property. Woodsy & secluded. If you think camping, you'll be thrilled w/ AC, very comfortable beds, electricity, hot & cold water etc. You won't mind so much missing & broken items and minor housekeeping lapses. Overall, a pleasant, inexpensive getaway, tho you can hear &glimpse major highway nearby. Despite nearby homes, we saw a deer and several bunnies!”

“This home is beautiful, it has plenty of living space, two living room areas a large kitchen and plenty of space for dining! The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for our large party to stay. There are a ton of toys to keep the kids busy which was a plus! The kitchen is stocked with all cooking ware you need and the bathrooms are all stocked nicely. The host is great with communication and super nice! We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again when we come back to...

“The host's were very friendly and available. The property is in a great location and easily accessible to many natural attractions. The main road has a nice bike / walking path towards town. This is a typical farm / country setting that is comfortable. There are no extravagant furnishings, just a nice back yard, fire pit and rod iron lawn furniture with cushions. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and a little cleaning supplies to help clean throughout our stay. Could use more than 4 plates/bowls/forks/spoons... And towels... Was hoping for a broom but not provided. Nice to have the TV in the living room but could have used one in a bedroom when traveling with children. Pool was right across the quiet little street. “The house is comfortable and well stocked. The grass hadn't been cut in quite a while. 4 out of 8 of us fell down the stairs going up to the 2nd floor. Need some improvement!!”

“If you are looking for a weekend trip to UF for a Gator game or other UF event this is a great place to stay. Located right of I-75 and convenient to the Oaks Mall and looks of quality restaurants. The rental unit is quiet, clean and enjoyable.”

“Cozy Cottage truly lives up to it's name. Located on a peaceful 28 acre lake with a private backyard and covered dock. We started our mornings on the lake shore in comfy lounge chairs under a large umbrella, fished from the dock durng the day and enjoyed the beautiful stars at night. The cottage was comfy (3 adults and 1 dog) and had everything we needed and more in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed all the extra amenities provided throughout the cottage and property. “We were not there much during the day due to activities we were involved in for three days but the evening was relaxing and quiet. The mules and cows were very friendly and quiet. They love treats. Bigger stores were not too far away but we were not there to shop. ”
