Deben mejorar el desayuno

Quisiera decir excelente pero necesitan darle mentenimiento a los baños especificamente las regaderas, ya que salia casi nada de agua y fue muy incomodo tomar una ducha asi..se que lo pueden mejorar,espero a minproxima visita todo este perfectamente.

Staff were always friendly. The rooms were well equipped, very clean, and included unexpected extras at check-in, like bottled water and a condiment kit. The 24-hour coffee station in the lobby was very convenient. We visited over the Thanksgiving weekend. We prefer to not be bothered by intrusive housekeeping visits, so this hotel's weekly cleaning schedule was ideal. I also expected limited services on Thanksgiving day, but garbage placed outside the room on Friday wasn't collected up to Saturday. We had also requested essentials like toilet tissue and garbage bags on Friday and were told that there was only one person in housekeeping. On Saturday, there was no housekeeping staff, so we were invited to bring our garbage to the front desk and collect our supplies. That was not an acceptable standard of service. Btw, we stayed for 8 nights, and our room was never cleaned, nor were we asked to waive the weekly cleaning. There was a somewhat redeeming event: the washer didn't work properly, and a maintenance person arrived almost immediately and got it working. At least we were able to keep our towels clean!
