“Property is very nice. Very modern. Very conveniently located in downtown area. No on site parking but many of the surrounding lots are free in evenings and on weekends. I was reluctant of the “no concierge” idea but honestly didn’t experience any problems. ”

“Drink machine has been empty for over a week & both drink & snack machine only accepts card. They never give enough towels we have 4 guest but only get 2 towels”

“I had to stay here due to repair work on my home. The place was clean, a great size, and great amenities. I would have given it a 5 star but the water pressure in the shower is very poor, leading to a very disappointing shower and a workout to get the shampoo and conditioner out of your hair. May sound like a small detail, but it was that low of water pressure. This was the first time I have stayed in a keyless, no staff on sight hotel, but they did respond quickly through automative response. ”

“Hospitality was EXCEPTIONAL. LOVE that they're pet friendly. Walking trails right on the property where i could walk the dogs. Had dog bowls waiting which was so cool because i had managed to leave their water bowl at home. Comfortable bed/bedding. So... my friend and I stayed in the "White Oak" cabin. The toilet is in the one room downstairs with a curtain for privacy. I wish there was an actual door (not sure it is possible) because anyone in the room hears all bathroom activities and the...

“Everything was very good, the only thing was the telephone wasn’t working, internet very slow and the bathroom towel don’t dry you up., little things, but the place is super clean the floors uffff so clean, thank you.”

“Had to run water for a half hour to 1 hour to get it clear. Nobody ever in the office had to call them to check in and check out. I had to empty my own trash and call them to get trash bags. ”
