“Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to Rome and Florence. Quiet at night. Beautiful view. Plenty of restaurants near by. Absolutely loved the quiet nights and away from the noise of the city. ”

La casa está en perfecto estado y es perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia o con amigos. Aunque el tiempo no acompañó mucho, pudimos ir a Roma (hay trenes cada 30 munitos por 3,60€), ir a la playa y, conocer Ladispoli, un pueblo que está a tan solo una parada de tren con unas playas muy bonitas y unos helados deliciosos! Hinzu kommt, dass uns Simona mit vielen Leckereien überrascht hat. Die Betreuung durch Simona und Laura bei kleinen Hindernissen war umgehend, super organisiert und immer zuverlässig! Herzlichen Dank hierfür und die wertvollen Tipps! Passoscuro ist für uns optimal gewesen, Ruhe zum Erholen und nahe an Rom für Tagestouren. ”

“We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful, clean beach house. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed amazing sunsets in the evenings. The location is perfect for a mix of beach vacation and sightseeing in Rome and the surrounding area. The town of Torvaianica itself is in October not very attractive. From time to time you can hear and see airplanes from the nearby military airport In summary, it was a very nice vacation.”

“Netter Vermieter, ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, ein Schlafzimmer hat leider keine Klimaanlage. Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer ist durchgelegen. Töpfe noch ok aber die Pfannen sind unbenutzbar. Positiv sind auf jeden Fall die Mückennetze an allen Fenstern. Gute Lage nahe am Meer und prima für einen Ausflug nach Rom. Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos.”

“We had just spent two wonderful weeks in different parts of Italy and wanted to stay somewhere close to the Rome airport before our departure.
