“Small, but with efficient use of space. Perfect for my needs.Everything I needed was there, including water and snacks. I loved having my own private entrance with a key. And the patio was delightful.The only unfortunate thing was that I couldn’t roll my luggage around the house to my entrance door because it is a stepping stone walkway. But carrying it was certainly doable, and I needed the exercise.I will definitely be staying here again.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Marco was very nice and very easy to communicate with as well! I loved how clean and quiet everything is and I love that the property also had a very cute backyard to sit in as well. I certainly would choose to stay at this property again when I visit! ”

“Perfect place for our rest and relaxation trip. The place was clean and situated very close to the main river with plenty of kayaks and a canoe. We really enjoyed the decor and views. Our hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. Thank you again! ”

“Love this little fishing town. Food and drink are great. People are all very friendly. The place itself was great. Amazing view of the Gulf. ”

“The only mishap was the electronic entry did not work upon arrival but we were not delayed in gaining access. Host was accessible as needed. In addition, the fulltime tenant in adjoining rental keeps a close eye on things and is very friendly. Nothing to worry about inside as it has everything you need. We were not able to stay our full time and host was kind enough to credit for future. Bottom line is nothing to worry about here as it is as advertised. No surprises. Will return. ”

“Unfortunately it was only a one night stay for us but after staying we will absolutely plan a longer stay in the future. The room was super clean and we absolutely loved that the owner's supplied a historical overview binder of the property. They had a little beach area with a grill, kayaks and having access to the Weeki Wachee River gave you the option of being active or being completely still and just taking in all the natural beauty around you.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ”

“Host was responsive and flexible. Property was clean and accommodations were as great, as described. Location quiet but not far from basic shopping but close to nature trails and water access. Highly recommend. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and as described. Nice to have a small kitchenette. ”

“This “apartment” was a closed in garage attached to a house. Place was clean but there was very poor and incomplete construction, such as doors not closing, unfinished areas, no fridge handle and the sink spigot was very wobbly. Parking was on site and had washer and dryer, although outside. No seating outside at all. Had to take out kitchen chairs to sit on. Beds were horrible ! Had WiFi but no access to modem so no password. It was continently located. ”

“Being right on the main river was amazing! The screened in front porch was perfect for morning coffees.”

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, marina and park. Also enjoyed a nice little hike on the Cedar Key Railroad Trestle nature trail.”

“The Salinity was completely remodeled after the hurricane. The room was clean with beautiful ocean views. Great communication with the host. However, the city of Cedar Key and surrounding area has so much more rebuilding to do. The devastation is widespread but the community and culture are excellent. I would definitely revisit. ”
