The room was super clean and we absolutely loved that the owner's supplied a historical overview binder of the property. They had a little beach area with a grill, kayaks and having access to the Weeki Wachee River gave you the option of being active or being completely still and just taking in all the natural beauty around you.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ”

“My wife and I had an enjoyable stay at the condo. I do not know why the first rating was so low. The few minor concerns that we had were addressed in a timely manner. The location was great for us. We would put our e-bikes on our bike rack and then go for a ride on one of the many bike trails. Thank you Sherry and Jason”

“Great little 1 bedroom 1 bath studio. Has fridge, hot pad, coffee maker and king bed. Only snags is we got there a little early and the neighbor let us in. The neighbor only spoke Spanish so we went back and forth with Google translate to get key code. Lot of fun. Highly recommend. ”

“This “apartment” was a closed in garage attached to a house. Place was clean but there was very poor and incomplete construction, such as doors not closing, unfinished areas, no fridge handle and the sink spigot was very wobbly. Parking was on site and had washer and dryer, although outside. No seating outside at all. Had to take out kitchen chairs to sit on. Beds were horrible ! Had WiFi but no access to modem so no password. It was continently located. ”

“This place is a cute mobile home. Has a great location, private dock (with kayaks & canoe), & nice screened in patio. So close to weekie wachee park (mermaid show & buccaneer bay). We had more fun at this place (swimming & boating) than any other place we visited. Fast & friendly owners, with great communication.”

“Great place really enjoyed the access to the gulf parking for my boat and trailer. The Dock was very handy but be warned the tide drops at the dock to less than 18 inches. Loved the Stove I know that's weird but it was a dynasty gas stove. I love to cook and it was a great.”
