“Love the location of this place! Close to NAS Pensacola and even closer to downtown Pensacola which has several places to eat and enjoy! House was clean and it was easy to communicate when we needed something. One thing to keep in mind is this house is definitely not new, it is nearing almost 100 years old so will have some of those old house quirks. Well stocked kitchen! Would stay again! ”

“We only had one night but it was perfect for me, my granddaughter and her 3 kids. The two bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for the adults and the kids slept on the sofa and sofa bed very comfortably. Would have liked a later checkout but overall we had a very pleasant stayl”

“This is an older property but very well maintained. There’s a slight “older wood” smell, not dirty or musty. The location was perfect—we could walk to the beach anytime. The provided wagon, sand toys, chairs, and floaties were so useful, and our unit was right next to the large pool (there are two). “Perfect location for our sailing competition at the Pensacola Yacht Club. Easy parking, nice patios with water views, great washer and dryer, 3 en-suite bathrooms made it easy to share with friends. The house was clean and well stocked without clutter. The beds were comfortable and towels were thick. Everything was perfect.”
