“This is the most perfect piece of property in the Fort Bragg area. It's close to town, but very secluded as well. When you take the kayaks across the river to the beach, most of the time you're the only ones there. We found sand dollars and watched the sunset. The water is chilly, but walking on the beach was very pleasant. If you don't want to kayak, just relax on one of 3 outdoor spaces with views of the river mouth, dunes, and beach with waves breaking. “Beautiful inside. Definitely needs some work outside but owner said they are redoing deck this month (there was a broken board we had to navigate but not a big deal). Spiral staircase would be a no go for anyone unsteady but it worked for ys. ”
