“My elderly parents were coming to Jacksonville for my grandsons wedding and needed a place to stay that would accommodate my moms physical limitations. The cottage was beautifully decorated and easy to maneuver through with a walker. The bathroom had a walk in shower. Location was quiet, safe and close to all JAX beach has to offer. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. My mom is looking forward to staying there again. ”

“The property was very clean and welcoming. The owner was very responsive and we especially appreciated the no pets policy. The attention to detail made our stay very comfortable. My only recommendation would be to add a disposal, but again, wonderful stay! We will definitely plan to rent again in the future!”

“They sent me a communication about entry code, but the code did not work. The phone number attached to the listing was not in operation and no one answered the number attached to the email. They eventually got back to me by text and said they couldn’t contact me because it was an international number (ignoring that they gave me a code in an email). The master bathroom was not clean - mildew on the shower curtain and tiles.”

“This was our first time staying at Schmidt’s Creek Beach Cottage and we loved: the location across from the beach, the older cottage, the neighborhood, the screen deck, and the overall updated feel of the cottage. Cindy was incredibly responsive answering my questions before the trip. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and safe. We definitely plan on returning for future visits!”
