“The property was the perfect location for our golf club 4 day tournament. Easy access to the great courses as well as walkable market, theater and places to dine in the Waikoloa area. This unit was ready ahead of our scheduled check in time and provided all the comforts of home. Amy was so easy to communicate with. Made use of the pool privileges at the Hilton and thoroughly enjoyed it! Would stay here again! ”

“We really enjoyed the property. The beach pass and pool pass were very nice and we used on multiple days. The location was excellent with many options for dining and shopping. Plenty of opportunities to run or walk around and outside the property. The condo was fantastic, directions were clear about what to do. The only challenge was the gate code the first night. But we got it resolved. We would stay again.”

“We've stayed in the Waikoloa Beach area many times, and this unit is situated very close to to the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace. This makes shopping and dining very easy, a quick walk across the street. The unit was clean and spacious, with a good size lanai with a built-in BBQ grill. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The condo was paradise! Great location and amenities. We ate all our meals in the well appointed kitchen and lanai. It’s a 3 minute walk to the community pool or beach. I can’t say enough how happy we were with our stay.”

“Three couples stayed at this amazing house. We did not want for anything as this home had everything we could possibly need. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the things. Beach towels, beach toys, ice chest, beach chairs and even sunscreen for everyone’s use. Beds were very comfortable and there was room for everyone in the living room. The community pool was within walking distance as was foodland. Shampoo was in all bathrooms and even boxes of Kleenex. There is nothing missing in this home....

“The Thomas Guard house made it a memorable stay in Hilo, where we came for a special family celebration. There are four large upstairs bedrooms, plus one off the dining room and two on the lower floor where the children in our group slept. The large, open living room with its picture window was a magnet for everyone to be together. “This is a very nice spot, with a serene view to the ocean over a herd of grazing cattle. The cottage is also unique with most everything you need to make meals and relax. The bath is nice as well with a large shower. The day bed (single) is a firm foam mattress and quite comfortable.. Alas, the double bed is worn and most uncomfortable. I'm sure that the owners have scheduled a replacement of the bed and upgrading it to a queen. We would very definitely stay here again.”
