“Property clean on inside. Outside yard messy with dry weeds hanging over the walkway. Unfinished walkway, awkward to wheel multiple suitcases. Master toilet did not have water in tank, would not flush. Started wash day we were leaving and toilet tank filled up.Told Yvonne when leaving she said it was fixed. Back sliding door lock broken stick holding door closed. Security issue. Could not find proper fitting plug for tub. House did smell musty upon entry. Pillows very uncomfortable too thin. Had...

“FCS Championship weekend with several 60-yr old college friends. The house was 10 minutes away from Toyota Stadium, 45 minutes to AT&T Stadium, and 40 minutes to DFW. Great location. We had plenty of room for seven of us. Perfect setup for bloody mary brunches and for hanging out evenings after a couple days of football.”

“We had everything we needed for our stay in Dallas. The house was comfortable and well-kept. The backyard was well-lit, warm, and relaxed. We enjoyed the fire pit and the cool weather at night. Some of the neighbors were a bit loud—blaring music well into the night—but they kept to themselves, and we hardly noticed them once we were indoors. Our group enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Great host!”

“We came in the front door and the home was painted and updated. The area is an older established neighborhood that is on a Cul De Sac. No through traffic and it feels pretty safe. The area is probably the one of the best things about it and you can park a car in the garage. Owner communication was great. We did not use the pool in winter, but the backyard looked nice! This is a nice clean, quiet, simple stay that will be great anyone needing to check out the area. ”

“This was a great place for our family get-together for the eclipse viewing. Loved the private yard and patio where we spent a lot of time. Lots of comfortable room indoors to hang out and watch tv. Highly recommend this home! Very responsive when we had a question.”

“Stay was very nice. Quiet and comfortable setting back off the busy road. The Villas are clean and cozy. Only recommendation would be some lighting on FM2931 by the drive. Very hard to see at night. to find in the dark.”

“This location saved us a ton of money by housing our family who came to town for our son's graduation. There was plenty of room for all our guests. The large laundry room area was perfect for storing extra water bottles and food items needed for the graduation party. We would stay here again.”

“House was perfect for our family group of 11. We had 4 vehicles and had plenty of room to park. The 5 bedrooms fit us perfectly for our 3 night stay. The location is easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, and close to many locations we went to. The pool and hot tub were bonuses as well! ”
