“We booked this for our stay during my son’s Dreams Park Tournament. The location was perfect with an easy, quick drive to and from the park and restaurants. The setup was perfect with a master that had its own bathroom for my wife and me and an attached separate bedroom for my other two kids. “Stayed her with 3 other parents while our sons played in the Cooperstown All-Star Village tournament. House is only a 15 minute ride to ASV. House was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Right on the river and has a dock so we did a little fishing. You can rent kayaks at shop down street if you want. Would highly recommend staying here if your child is playing at either Dreams park ( 10 min drive) or ASV.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, the house was comfortable, clean, and as pictured. The location was close to the venue for the wedding we were attending at Seven Ponds Farm. “Dan was a wonderful host. We had an issue with one of the A/C units and he came out within the hour to check on it and even brought a replacement unit in case he couldn't fix the one that was there. The house has 3 bathrooms and was perfect for 3 families to share; each bathroom has nearby bedrooms/space. The 3 twin bed room is great for older siblings as there is a "den" area in the room and gives them a separate space to hang out. We really enjoyed our time in Cooperstown! ”
