“Great location for a beach vacation. This unit in particular is very close to the pool as well which is a plus. Love that it was in walking distance to restaurants and fun activities. Sunshine Realty were on top of emails in general and very responsive to calls or emails. Being that everything sounds great so far, my overall rating was simply because the cleanliness of floors was very poorly done. The floors seemed as if they had not cleaned at all. This property was a major disappointment, other than its location. It has not been professionally cleaned in a very long time.
