"I stayed here one night because I went to a concert at Toyota Pavilion, and it was a terrible experience. The room had a bad smell. The bed sheets had yellow stains, burn holes from cigarettes, and the pillows smelled dirty. From 1–5 AM a man was yelling nonstop, and when I tried to call the lobby, I discovered the phone was just for decoration — connected but not working. On top of that, the guests in the room next door were very loud having intimacy, and I could hear everything through the walls. I barely slept one hour. Breakfast was just old bread, cereal, and drinks. Honestly, for the price they charge, everything was very poor quality and service."
