“The condo is at a perfect location in Northstar Village. It is cozy but well-organized with everything you need. The one or two minor things we contacted the owner regarding were quickly addressed. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!”

“Everything about the property was great and as described. The only problem was that there was a patch of broken glass that my daughter found with her foot. I guess the housecleaner didn't thoroughly vacuum.”

“This was my second time staying at this property. Close to everything at Northstar, clean and warm. I just wish the bed and pillows were a bit more comfortable but great spot for the price.”

“Everything was broken in this unit. We were here on 4th of July weekend. This unit has no air conditioning, so expect to die in the heat. Also, the refrigerator is broken, so don’t buy food unless you want it to rot! Lastly, very poor communication with property management. 10/10 do not recommend”

“We enjoyed our stay in Tahoe. The unit was clean and well appointed. It was small. The bed was in an alcove of sorts - not really a room. It is a good size for a couple, more than that would be pretty crowded. The complex it is in was very quiet. ”

“The property managers were pleasant and available to assist us in checking in and accessing the property. The lodgings were clean, but spartan. Kitchenette seemed like it was missing glassware (only one wine glass), could have used more towels. There wasn't much atmosphere to the property and the shared features such as the rooftop deck could have used much more attention to make it inviting. Overall, clean and servicable, but spartan. Loved the easy access to parking and the beach!”

“wonderful location - close to the lake and beach access. There is no AC - which on a hot week could be a problem. Needs some work on maintenance (windows shade, windows not working, shower door....) we enjoyed our stay and the beautiful Lake Tahoe!”

“Perfect place for my wife, two small dogs and I. We walked to everything, great way to take in Kings Beach”

“What I loved most about this place was the caretaker on site, he helped us park in the very small parking area and also gave us pointers about parking. Loved the keyless entry and everything was secure. The studio was comfortable enough for two adults and our small dog. There is no AC, however a tall cooling fan is available . The one negative is the queen bed sinks in on both sides and in my opinion needs to be replaced. Overall it was a pleasant experience and a nice place to stay. ”
