“Perfect, affordable stay for me, my friend and my pup. The fenced-in yard was key which allowed me to go to our friend’s wedding without hiring a dogsitter. Basement apartment was tastefully updated with a lot of extras… coffee, hot drinks and snack’s complementary! We enjoyed our stay very much and Katherine was a great host! 5 stars!”

“The property was perfect for our trip. Eugene was great about responding to questions and request. We celebrated our daughters graduation from UNR and the location of this house was perfect. One thing, to mention, it says remove shoes when entering the home, but our shoes were cleaner than the floor. Please tell your housekeeping team to make sure they mop after every rental, the floor was filthy. Also please make sure they check the coffee maker, it was broken because a piece was missing...

“Beautiful location and venue. 1) Gate codes should include the "#" and the "checkmark" in the number and not several paragraphs below. 2) only minimum viable towels supplied. Should have included bath mats for showers. 3) The automatic fireplace never worked correctly and would only stay on for 5 minutes. Had to research on YouTube to turn it on, but still didn't work correctly.”

“The location was wonderful and the home was perfect to accommodate 11 people. There were some things that did not work, the coffee maker is very confusing to use and slow, the air conditioning on the main floor did not work and the griddle and one burner on the range did not work. It also would have been nice to have wash cloths and more bath towels. But, a very lovely home and the property manager we dealt with was very helpful and quick response to my questions. ”
