“We had an excellent stay! Upon check-in at reception we were greeted warmly with fresh cookies. We were chatting with her while getting checked in and she was telling us it had been a slow week and she upgraded us to a suite for free! The rooms all appear to have hot tubs on the outdoor balconies, which was a nice touch. The rooms are nicely appointed with really comfy beds. The fireplace in our room added to the cozy feel. “No one manned the lobby. It was difficult to get access to the room. There is no air conditioning so the unscreened window had to be open to get it cool at night to sleep. It was across from a noisy outdoor restaurant so ear plugs were necessary to get to sleep.”
