“Great location! The ski lockers level takes you directly onto the slopes and is definitely a luxury to start the day. Room was small with two sofa bed type things, keep in mind this is more of a rented apartment than a hotel and you'll be okay. Wouldn't you be out of the room other than to sleep? The kitchenette is also useful because Carrefour is close by and you can save money (eating out is expensive in Val Thorens)”

“Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

“This is more of a condo hotel then a real hotel with limited guest services (for example, no room service, no housekeeping, and front desk closes during the middle part of the day). They charge for everything beyond the room (Internet is 20€ week and only available in the lobby and 5€ to open the phone line). The rooms vary in decor and quality and the promised double bed was two twins.”

“We spent 7 nights at Le Chalet and we would go back, it was a very nice stay, the apartment is spacious, the SPA is nice, only complain is that the swimming pool should be warmer! great hotel to explore Les 3 Vallees. ”

“First class hotel and standard of accommodation, in keeping with the CGH brand of residence. Location a little out of town, but close by the bus stop and regular village shuttle bus. Possible to ski directly back to the hotel, however to access the slopes in the morning, approximate 500m uphill walk, which may be an issue with young children/elderly. Accommodation let down with attitude of reception staff and good luck if you need their assistance during your stay. We had issue with one of the...

“Residence bien placée au pied des pistes. Commerce , ski shop, bar , restaurants à proximité. Personnel souriant et accueillant. Wi-Fi ok. Un rafraîchissement des appartements serait à prévoir, mais nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Possibilité de réserver son forfait directement à la résidence ( 1-2 semaines avant votre séjour) et de bénéficier d'une réduction. C'est notre deuxième séjour en 2 ans.”
