“The studio apartment was as advertised .. so cute.. cozy and comfortable. VERY clean. Perfect for a couple. The view was very nice and there were outside chairs on the property to sit and enjoy! There was just a small microwave to cook in and a small refrigerator. ( setting might have been set too high) I would have found it beneficial to have an electric frying pan or an electric griddle to make eggs or stir-fry veggies . One other item I couldn't find was a manual can opener. The neighbor ...

“My second stay at this apartment. Always super clean and convenient to Oakland/Waterville. Appreciate the coffee and cold cream in the fridge. Highly recommend! ”

“Had a wonderful stay!! Very close to everything we needed for the weekend near family. Would stay again. Only downfall was no shades on the 2 doors and the 2 very bright exit signs at night. We were able to cover the windows and manage, but just something to consider. Great location and very close to main house but was lucky no one else was there so was able to still feel private and intimate. Definitely would recommend and come back in future! ”
