“The listing was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. The guys had a lot of fun with the game table. Be advised that there are ants. Secure your food. I've stayed in a few coastal rentals and this tends to be an issue. I think it just comes with the territory. Not much you can do about it.”

“Just gorgeous. We stayed a couple of days before a friend’s wedding. 30 minutes to the coast, 30 minutes to wine country, 15 minutes from Armstrong State Park. The stairs may seem daunting but if you’re able it’s also such an attractive feather of the house. It’s an older house with all the charm you could want. Nothing like a morning hot tub soak in the quiet of a redwood forest.”

“Property is a little more "worn" than the pictures would indicate. bunk beds situated differently than picture, and in such a way that getting to the top bunk is potentially unsafe. Bugs crept into master bedding, and a bug bite occurred on the first night. Ants were ubiquitous throughout master bath and kitchen. Hot tub rocked!!
