“Deceivingly large house! Super clean, well appointed. Great restaurants within walking distance ”

“Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a wide open park area within walking distance. The location is very convenient off of the main roads and near shopping. There were a couple of things that would have made our stay better, but after speaking with the owner directly, he has already implemented all of our suggestions so there is no need to mention them. ”

“The location is awesome. Street parking was easy. The house itself was okay. The amount of space was great and the mattresses were decent. Unfortunately, the comforters and towels were stained and the house wasn’t as clean as you’d expect for a rental. The shower barely drained at all. Overall, our stay was good but didn’t quite meet my expectations. ”

“The house was exactly the size we imagined. It was in a nice part of Princeton where you could still walk everywhere. It had all the needed supplies for us to stay there for a week. I’d stay there again if we were in town.”

“Kris is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. Both checking in and out are easy breezy. The home is clean and there is a lovely large backyard and deck. The amount of space was comfortable for us. The bathrooms are clean and the towels are fresh and fluffy. The dishwasher, refrigerator and clothes washer and dryer are new and nice. We appreciated the dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and garbage bags. Grateful to Kris for supplying the...

“Really loved the layout of the townhouse. Very nice kitchen and a separate dining room was a surprise given the compact size. Lots of nice little touches around the place - definitely felt like staying at a friends place rather than a rental. Also nice to have restaurants, a brewery, and a hiking/biking/running trail close enough to avoid driving somewhere. ”

“We needed a home for 2 weeks for our family of 4 and this one worked out great. Wonderful to be able to just walk across to the shopping center for food, drug store, etc.”

“Strengths: Great communicator, easy check-in, very spacious, get location, clean, comfortable beds, and all the major utilities work, ample parking, safe, good wifi and TV, quiet even though it is near a highway--really luxurious property Areas to improve: a lot of little repairs are needed--screens, ceiling fans, air conditioner, lights in some rooms. If you have a big family (there were 7 of adults), it is very good.”
